Q. What is PPSEAWA?

PPSEAWA is a non-profit international women’s association devoted to peace and understanding in the Asia Pacific Region, strengthening the cause of peace by fostering friendships and the exchange of knowledge among women in the Asia Pacific Region for the study and betterment of social,economic and cultural conditions.

Q. Who can join PPSEAWA?

Any woman, or women's organisation supporting the PPSEAWA Aims and Objectives.

Q. Where is PPSEAWA located?

The Australian Association consists of groups that meet in the ACT (2 groups Canberra and the ACT Group), NSW and WA, with members also linking from SA, Qld and Victoria. Individual and corporate members belong to PPSEAWA Australia through their membership of one of these groups. PPSEAWA groups plan their individual programmes with meetings and social actiities to suit the interests and needs of their membership.

Q. Are you interested in meeting women of our region at an International Conference?

PPSEAWA members from around the Pacific and SE Asia met in Singapore (May 2004), Auckland, New Zealand (March 2007) and will meet again in Bali, Indonesia in 2010.
