Q. What is PPSEAWA?

PPSEAWA is a non-profit international women’s association devoted to peace and understanding in the Asia Pacific Region, strengthening the cause of peace by fostering friendships and the exchange of knowledge among women in the Asia Pacific Region for the study and betterment of social, economic and cultural conditions.

Q. Who can join PPSEAWA?

Any woman, or women's organisation supporting the PPSEAWA Aims and Objectives.

Q. Where is PPSEAWA located?

The Australian Association consists of groups that meet in the ACT and NSW, with members also linking from SA, Qld and Victoria. Individual and corporate members belong to PPSEAWA Australia through their membership of one of these groups. PPSEAWA groups plan their individual programmes with meetings and social actiities to suit the interests and needs of their membership.

Q. Are you interested in meeting women of our region at an International Conference?

PPSEAWA members from around the Pacific and SE Asia met in Singapore in 2004, Auckland, NZ in 2007, Bali, Indonesia in 2010 and will conference in Suva, Fiji in 2013.
